In line with delivering top notch entertainment
and urban lifestyle content, Bubbles Magazine
announces the release of their October edition,
covered by none other than the wonderful
wonder woman, Omawumi.
In this issue she wears a beautiful gold grecian
piece by ALABI couture on the cover, and on the
inside feature, she is seen wearing a black
snake skin leather dress by Kubechi Conceptz
and embellished peplum piece by Ahdookeh.
The gorgeous diva is in a class of her own, her
talent the only thing superior to her famed
looks. Her second album came out earlier in the
year and only took her career right beyond what
was assumed to be the pinnacle.
Omawnmi took time out of her busy schedule to
share with us her thoughts, hopes and
aspirations for the future.
She was styled by Maryanne Alabi and
photographed by Moussa Moussa.
Also in this edition we celebrate the man many
refer to as a pioneer and trendsetter, DJ Jimmy
Jatt. With his successful career and uncommon
longevity, he shows us that nothing is
impossible with a little ambition, dedication and
a lot of hard work.
Along with spotlight features on Seyi Shay,
Naeto C, Drake, Maleek Berry, OC Ukeje
among others, this edition promises to be a
worthwhile coverage of urban entertainment

Hypothetically speaking, if we had to cast a
star for one of DC comics finest, Wonder
Woman, it would no doubt be based on
Nigerian female titan, Mrs Abike Dabiri-Erewa.
We all know politics in Nigeria is indeed an
arena reserved for the brave hearted but Mrs
Abike Dabiri-Erewa has, through the
years, proven herself to be one hell of a fighter
in a male dominated world. Mrs Dabiri-Erewa
has stood her ground among many, a true
bona fide titan in the game.
The great woman of valour is aptly starred as
the Wonder Woman of Politics in Genevieve
Magazine’s August edition wearing lace on
lace – sexy but powerful. (View cover below)
In her interview with Genevieve magazine, she
gives a glimpse into her life and mind as a
political amazon. Taking a quote from the
magazine, Mrs Dabiri-Erewa says: “The men
are not going to step away and hand it to you
on a platter” – meaning you fight for equal
power strength for strength. We love this
woman and she inspires us a great deal.
Pick up your copy of Genevieve magazine
from your vendors and book stores.
Glad to see that Praiz traded in his regular and somewhat boring tie and jacket look for a casual, backstreet yet fresh ensemble on the cover of Picturez Magazine’s first Edition which also features a Femi Kuti Exclusive.
