Don Jazzy, Yvonne Nelson, Mr Ibu and Others To Recieve Nigerian Goodwill Ambassador Awards (NGAA)

In a press release by the organizers of the
Nigerian Goodwill Ambassador Awards, a
number of notable Nigerians, including producer
Don Jazzy and Ghanaian actress Yvonne Nelson
will be given awards.
The press release reads:
This event is organized by GOODWILL
AMBASSADORS DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION in
partnership with CYBERNET MICROSYSTEMS LTD.
The Nigeria Goodwill Ambassador Awards is an
honorary award ceremony to honour and
celebrate individuals and organisations who are
involved in different humanitarian fields with
selfless service to humanity and projecting
Nigerian image positively worldwide.
It is designed to honour Goodwill Stakeholders
of Great Virtue, Good Works and Selfless Service
to Humanity with Dr Mrs. Merit Gordon Obua as
Chief Host.
These are people who contributed immensely to
societal transformation, that promote Youth
Development, create awareness and advocate
on Human Rights Causes such as: Child
Trafficking/ Abuses, Gender Equality, Children
Rights, Girl Child Education, Empowerment
Programmes, Rehabilitation Centres, Breast
Cancer, HIV/AIDS, Free Medical checkup and
treatment, taking care of the Orphans and
rendering needed help to the less fortunate in
our society.
This maiden edition is slated for Thursday 31st,
October 2013, at the Sheraton Hotel Abuja, by
6pm with top celebrities such as Eefy, Mo
Abudu, Yvonne Nelson, Oluchi, Julius Agwu,
Isabella Ayuk, Don Jazzy, Joseph Benjamin and
a host of other celebrities to grace the event and
as recipients of Nigeria Goodwill Ambassador
Awards.
NGAA 2013 will welcome His Excellency,
Godswill Akpabio as the Grand Patron, Dr. Mrs.
Merit Gordon Obua as the Chief Host and Obong
Ini Akpabio as the Patron of the event. The
event will also feature TOP CELEBRITIES ON THE
RUNWAY CHARITY FASHION SHOW and live
performance by Mish, Nigerian Tenors, Fred
Bright, Chuks d General, Sparrow and host of
others.
